Description

According to initial assessment and economic feasibility of the project area, commercial, recreational and service in 8 stores was recommended to the employer. The building retreated from the streets to create a green space and increase sidewalk and easy access to the building; it also improves visual sense of building perspective from the street.
Rotation and displacement in commercial boxes on the floors, while observing density, creates uncontrolled green spaces that it causes providing gathering spaces, tension and attraction for the complex.
The use of materials from stainless steel mirror with modular elements connected the sides facing, always creates reflections of a variety of body and adds more dynamics.
