Description

Hashtgerd, one of the most important Iran new towns; is locate at adjacency to the Tehran-Qazvin Highway. The lands area is around 4500 hectares and now it is compactable to accept 500,000 habitant come from Tehran’s urban region.
The importance of social housing “maskan-e-mehr” caused to begin reviewing of hashtgerd master plan. Engineering consultant tried to provide adaptation and make a Reasonable balancing between population, facilities and decrease the gaps amoung master plan (50000 populations) and social housing requirements (500000 populations).
