Golden City North Site Residential complex

Description

This residential complex consisting of 400 residential units in five towers of 11 to 15 floors that due to the low width of land and also to provide the best view (the sea) have been allocated in north to south direction. To prevent shading and overlooking, towers moved decussate to east and west direction. The first and second towers also fourth and fifth have common public and service spaces in basement and ground floor due to optimum use of land. The middle tower of complex in terms of residential types has been designed as high-rise VIP tower with duplex units that is a skyline critical point of the complex.
